Refund policy
We have a strict 7-day return policy, which means you only have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only.
Refunds/Store Credit:
Refunds only given if an item is deemed to be faulty/damaged.
We do not provide refunds on items that do not fit/change of mind. Alternatively a store credit or exchange can be issued upon return of the goods, in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Item must be free of odor, pet or animal hair, rips, stains or tears. Legging tears that show signs of being caused by fingernails, sharp objects or overstretching are NOT covered under our return policy.

Before sending item back, you must email us a picture of the item and wait for our approval before sending back. (This ensures the quality of the item before you return). **Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. **

Damages and issues
All items are checked before mailing to you, but if an error occurs, please reach out ASAP. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any items deemed faulty within a 30 day period can be returned for store credit. Any issues outside of this period are considered to be wear and tear and as such can not be returned.
To reduce wear and tear: consider safe washing practices and do not dry in dryer. Make sure to have correct sizing (email us for questions before buying). Treat activewear with care.

Shipping Policy:
Mamabear Brand is not responsible for any items after being shipped or missing packages. Please ensure that you protect yourself as a consumer by purchasing the shipping insurance at checkout.
**If you choose not to get the shipping insurance at checkout, we are not responsible for any missing or damaged items. You can file a claim with the delivery option that you chose. **
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Store credit is issued at the item's current selling price at the time the return is processed.
Final sale, sale or discount items are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
